JOE BLACKs

Hartford Connecticut has one grand establishment located on Pratt Street in the historic downtown area. This authentic Irish Pub is also a "must see" restaurant plus one of the most magnificent ballrooms in the area with sweeping staircases, marble columns, and lots of room for dancing and celebrating. The historic bank building was converted and opened in June, 2006. The vault remains intact though, and is only one of the unique characteristics of JOE BLACKs.

We added some Flash animation to the site for the added drama it creates by sliding various images in the background while a transparent text area transitions for each section. Content is dynamically fed from external sources.
